I build adoption,
not just demos.

I help organizations turn promising technology into adopted workflows.

At McKinsey, I led executive-facing implementations across 5 countries, contributing to $20M+ in EBITDA gains and enabling 200+ engineers at enterprise scale.

Most recently, as founder and COO of a healthcare AI company, I built products, spoke with 250+ health leaders, advanced pilots with 8 major US health systems, and signed and launched a pilot with an 18-clinic network. I also write about responsible AI.

Selected adoption experience

4 of 9 McKinsey engagements

A selection of the transformations most relevant to AI deployment—work where success depended on workflow design, enablement and sustained adoption, not only the technology.

01 · Pricing transformation

From algorithm to adopted workflow

Directed 5 engineers building a Python pricing algorithm across 100K+ SKUs. When the commercial team did not adopt it, I redesigned the workflow around how sellers actually made decisions and piloted it across 45+ stores—raising adoption 20% and delivering $7M+ EBITDA within 2 months.

02 · Enterprise enablement

200+ IT professionals enabled at scale

Led McKinsey and client teams in a transformation involving 200+ IT professionals. Designed the change approach, coordinated external training providers, rebuilt recruiting and performance-management processes, and tracked adoption across organizational levels.

03 · Commercial transformation

New model, playbooks and frontline retraining

Developed negotiation playbooks for one of LatAm's largest bottlers, personally retrained client sales teams on the new commercial model, and measured uptake against pipeline outcomes so the change persisted beyond the engagement.

04 · Capability building

One engagement's method became a firm-wide system

Turned the methods from a Digital Transformation engagement into a reusable practice document that became a widely referenced firm-wide resource—scaling one team's approach into a system other teams could run.

Writing & elsewhere

Published thinking on responsible AI, healthcare and the gap between what technology can do and what organizations actually adopt.

Background

Now. Founder and COO of a healthcare AI company. I owned everything outside engineering—go-to-market, finance, product and operations—built our 1st product and commercial intelligence platform, spoke with 250+ health leaders, advanced pilots with 8 major US health systems, and signed and launched a pilot with an 18-clinic network.

Before. Nearly 4 years at McKinsey across 9 engagements in 5 countries, contributing directly to $20M+ in EBITDA gains and leading enterprise enablement for 200+ engineers. Highest performance rating in every cycle.

Training. Stanford GSB, MBA 2026. Industrial and mechatronics engineering at PUCP in Lima, ranked 1st of 694, plus a diploma in anthropology.

Also. Cancer survivor, which is how I got into early detection. I play about 15 instruments—and I play them quite well.
